Holss

A living learning ecosystem designed from a systemic perspective,
where everything is connected and finds meaning through relationships.

At Holss, we accompany childhood with presence and purpose,
cultivating five essential intelligences:emotional,social,cognitive,physical, andcreative.

A Holistic Approach to Learning

Cognitive

Thinking critically and connecting ideas to real life.

Social

Building empathy, teamwork, and respect.

Creative

Expressing imagination through art, movement, and play.

Emotional

Recognizing, naming, and navigating emotions.

Physical

Moving consciously and feeling at home in the body.

LIFE IN HOLSS

Conscious Nourishment

Every day begins and flows with mindful eating. Meals at Holss are plant-based, balanced, and nourishing—not just for the body, but for the planet.

Children share lunch as a community ritual: they serve themselves, choose their portions, and eat calmly, guided by presence and gratitude. This approach teaches them self-regulation, respect for food, and the joy of eating in harmony with nature.

LIFE IN HOLSS

Connection with Nature

Learning at Holss doesn’t happen only inside classrooms. The beach, the river, and the gardens are part of the learning space.

Children plant seeds, explore natural materials, and observe the cycles of life. Through daily contact with the earth, they learn science, patience, and empathy. Nature becomes both teacher and classroom, reminding them of interdependence and the beauty of simplicity.

LIFE IN HOLSS

Emotional Awareness

Every morning starts with rituals of presence—short circles where children share how they feel and learn to name their emotions.

Teachers (or “mentors”) guide them to listen, breathe, and find balance before beginning the day. Instead of punishment or reward, reflection and dialogue are used to help children understand, repair, and grow from each experience. Emotional education is lived, not taught.

Creative Expression

Art, movement, music, and storytelling are woven into daily life.

Children are invited to express their inner world through painting, rhythm, theater, and free play. Creativity at Holss isn’t an isolated subject—it’s the way knowledge unfolds. Every project allows them to imagine new possibilities, explore ideas, and bring them to life through their own voice and hands.

LIFE IN HOLSS

Community and Presence

The rhythm of the day is guided by rituals—gatherings to open and close the day, moments of silence, gratitude circles, and celebrations of collective achievements.

These practices build a deep sense of belonging and respect. Each child feels seen, heard, and part of something larger. Presence, kindness, and cooperation are not values recited—they are lived in every interaction.
