About Us

Our story began as a family searching for a more intentional and connected way of life. Tired of the fast-paced city routine, we set out to travel slowly, immerse ourselves in different cultures, and reconnect with nature as our teacher. This journey eventually led us to Palomino, Colombia, where we discovered a community that shares our vision for living simply and consciously.

Today, our family-led project in Palomino is more than a real estate venture – it’s a growing community rooted in nature, diversity, and purposeful living. We’ve found a space where families and individuals can experience life in harmony with the environment and each other.

Whether you're visiting Palomino, renting a home for a season, or considering planting roots here, you'll find a warm welcome in our community. Come breathe the ocean air, walk barefoot, and discover a way of living that feels both new and like coming home.

At the heart of our community are a few simple values:

Slow & Intentional Living:

We move at a natural pace, traveling slowly and savoring each moment rather than rushing through life.

Cultural Immersion:

We embrace diversity by exploring new cultures, listening to local wisdom, and learning from everyone we meet.

Nature Connection:

We live close to the land, respect the environment, and practice sustainable, regenerative habits to care for our Earth.

Mindful Parenting:

We raise our children with presence and freedom – encouraging curiosity, creativity, and learning beyond traditional walls.

Mutual Support:

A community that supports one another through shared experiences, collaboration, and care.

  • Manuela, Amelia & Simón

As a family from Medellín, we wanted our 8-year-old girl to experience something beyond the city — and Palomino gave us exactly that. At Holss Palomino she discovered a way of learning that felt free and inspiring, surrounded by nature and new friends.

  • Rosario, Felipe, Silvestre & Santi

We returned to Palomino for the second year in a row because what we experienced here is simply unique. For our children, ages 6 and 9, Holss Palomino has been a one-of-a-kind place: they learn through play, connected to nature and sharing with local children. Within a few days, they were already running between the river and the beach, enjoying the freedom of a safe environment.

  • Lina, Caliche & Juanse

We started our journey at Holss Rionegro, and when the opportunity came to continue in Palomino, we knew it was the right step. For our 8-year-old son, the transition felt natural — the same philosophy of learning, but now with the magic of the sea, rivers, and the Sierra Nevada.
